Hospital Management System
The HMS is designed for any Hospital to replace their existing manual, paper based system. This system targets to provide complete solution for Hospital and Health Care Services. It integrates the entire Resources of a hospital into One Integrated Software Application.
The Admin module have controls for creation of users, skills, doctors, widget info etc. Assigning roles to the users respectively that would be helpful in using the rest of the application. We can also track the logged in users information and can create services offered as of need. Also providing license information and control of different document types creation which is used in documents module for easy accessing of patient reports. User roles and permissions would be assigned to provide security within the application.
The Registration module is an efficient patient management system that eases capturing of pertinent information of the patients. Registration screen captures a wide number of patients information including mandatory fields. This module will maintain and track the registered patients details according to the location.
In-patient Management: Module is designed for patient registration, clinics, emergency room, appointment maintenance etc.
Out-patient Management: Module is aimed at admission, physician assessment, patient progress, clinical summary, examination sheet, medication order, discharge summary etc...
The scheduling of patient and Physician appointments can be done from this module. The patients reach hospitals either by taking a direct appointment or book an appointment well in advance. Using this module, appointments can be issued in advance for new patients as well as for follow-up patients.
We can create the appointments for the patients with respect to availability of doctors and their timings. After creation of an appointment SMS alerts will go to the registered patients accordingly.
We can look at the details about schedule of a Physician, slots available in their schedule, scheduled slots, blocked slots by choosing the particular Physician name.
In this module we can create the locations according to the location type like hospital, rooms and number of beds. This will provide detailed information about hospitals present in multiple locations, number of rooms present in each hospital and number of beds present in each room. The location information will display in the patients module. We can assign the cost for rooms based on the room category like Deluxe, AC, Non-AC etc.
In this module administrator can add doctors who are working in the hospital along with their Departments and Specialization. The user name, email id and the password will be provided by the administrator. Then doctors have their own profiles on this system. After that doctors can manage their profile. We can also make doctor as user. A doctor having below listed authority in the hospital management system.
This module is used for the Out-Patient and In-Patient consulting doctors to enter their observations, notes and prescriptions for the patient. Following are the features available:
While registering the details of the patient, the system will save documents as part of registration packet against the patient for traceability. It will maintain the complete list of documents of patients for all the visits. The features in this module are:

The Patient Billing module handles all types of billing for long-term care. This module facilitates cashier and billing operations for different categories of patients like Out-patient and In-patient.
Provides automatic posting of charges related to different services like bed charges, lab tests conducted, medicines issued, consultant's fee, food, beverage and telephone charges etc. Furthermore the charges for various services rendered can be recorded through service module and this can be used for billing purposes.
It will provide the bill status with all the information - Medicines, Treatment and particular charges up to date. We can take print out of the bill according to the need.
